Baibhav Karan

Baibhav attained his Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He has prior experience as a research intern on additive manufacturing and 3D printing at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. Prior to joining UQIDAR, he was working at Jindal Stainless Ltd. as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the central quality assurance department. He received the best metallurgist undergraduate award from the Indian Institute of Metals, along with the Banshidhar Panda Gold medal for securing the highest rank among all undergraduate students. He is most interested in the research and development of new materials.
