About Arijit
Arijit received his Master of Science in Economics from the University of Kalyani, West Bengal with first class first distinction. He was also conferred with UGC postgraduate rank holders scholarship for securing top rank in the university at the bachelor’s level. He has qualified for GATE 2022 and UGC NET JRF 2022 in Economics.
Arijit also worked at IIM Calcutta as Teaching Assistant briefly just after finishing his master’s degree. His research interest lies in the field of Game theory, Mechanism design, and Microeconomic theory.

Electricity Market Design with Renewable Energy
Renewable energy has been increasingly important in electricity supply. This project studies optimal market design in electricity market with renewable energy. It uses tool in game theory and information economics and compare the welfare effects of different mechanisms in electricity market.
