About Arzoo

Arzoo completed her Masters of Science in Botany (H) from Kirorimal College, Delhi University and got her Bachelor’s degree in Botany from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.

She has qualified CSIR JRF NET with AIR 99 and GATE 2022 in Life sciences and Biotechnology.  During her dissertation she worked on the topic: The world of sRNAs in plants-diversity, mechanism of action, and role during biotic and nutritional stresses. Her research interests include plant sciences and genetics in relation to human health and environment.

Pollen and its contribution to respiratory outcomes in subtropical regions

Pollen and its health effects have not been well researched in tropical regions globally. This project will use new eDNA technology to examine which pollens are present and with linkage to health records, examine if predictions on when and where pollen will be compromising people's health.
