Deepshikha Shahdeo has completed her Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. She has three years of research experience in cancer cell imaging, nanoparticle synthesis, antibody generation, and immunoassay development. Her research interests lie in Cancer Biology, Nanotechnology, and Biosensor development. Deepshikha has previously worked as a Project Associate at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.
Meningioma is one of the most common central nervous system (CNS) tumors, comprising around 38.3% of all primary brain tumors. Currently there are no treatment available. The project aims to develop novel miRNA based nanotherapeutics for the treatment of Meningioma.
