Pragati completed her Masters of Science in Environmental Science from Department of Environmental Studies, Delhi University and got her Bachelor’s degree in Botany from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
She has qualified UGC JRF NET in Environmental Science . In her dissertation she worked on Flow Cytometry as Tool to Explore Complexity of Biological Invasion. Her research interests work focuses on exploring the interplay of Biodiversity, Climate Change, and Human Health and evidence led decision making in health planning.
Various factors impact human health, including proximity to urban parks. The abundance and richness of species in these parks promote human well-being. Comprehensive climate zone observations are vital for better understanding the connection between biodiversity and human health.
