About Pratyasha
Pratyasha completed a Bachelor of Technology from NIT Calicut and Master’s (M.tech) from IIT Gandhinagar. Her undergraduate thesis was on synthesizing and applying nanocomposites for wastewater treatment. For her master’s thesis, she worked on sequence analysis of intrinsically disordered proteins and developed a coarse-grained model based on a biological system (Nuclear Pore Complex). Pratyasha’s research interests lies in molecular modelling and simulations.

A multi-scale simulation approach for high-throughput screening of polymer nanocomposite formulations
Significant importance of the nanoscale provides an important role for computer-aided design of polymer composites. The focus will be on development of a multi-scale approach for screening of optimal formulation compositions for polymer blend nanocomposites to meet a given set of target properties.
